The event is only open to holders of Professional Banker and Chartered Banker designations.

Resilience is the combination of mental strength and confidence that underpins our capacity to adapt during periods of high challenge, high demand and adversity. A fast-paced working environment is stimulating and exciting, but it also requires high levels of mental energy and staying power. Research shows that resilience is not a fixed characteristic; it can be developed and, with attention, can be sustained. During this event we examine strategies which help build and maintain our resilience for life and work.
